This post is dedicated to all vintage lovers out there. Last Sunday, (13 Feb) together with my friends (Qayyum and Pau) went to Pasar Karat Ipoh (sebenarnya, I am not sure what is actually the market's real name. But it is what the locals call it). Even though I ve been in Perak for 4 years already, Id never been there. Maybe because of the market operating hours. It started early in the morning and I never went to Ipoh early in the morning. Rasanya, it is better for me to share with you pictures rather than explaining it wordly.
Orang Perak mesti tau dimana pasar ni. Dekat dengan area Gerbang Malam. Ohya, please come at 7.30 - 8.30 am sebab time tu cuaca masih nyaman.

Seperti biasa, sesudah puas cuci mata tengok barang rare dan selepas breakfast, kami secara spontan melawat a few temples. Cewah.. a few konon. Dua tokong je pun. Pertama nya Ling Sen Tong yang kedua Sam Poh Tong. These temples attract me since the first time I went to Ipoh during my foundation years but I never really had a chance to pay a visit. Akhirnya, di tahun terakhir, dapat jugak menjejak kaki buat kali pertama ke sana. What so special about these temples? ha.. let the pictures tell (Tokong Ling Sen Tong)
Tokong ni di bina didalam bukit-bukit kapur sekitar kawasan Gopeng, Ipoh. Dan pembinaannya di tampung oleh beberapa penganut yang berada.
Got a few berhalas that symbolize .. Im not sure
Qayyum and Pau watching visitors giving the keras peanuts. Banyak kera kat atas bumbung tulisan cina tu. Tak nampak? Sori la.. camera N70 je.. tsk
It also got a well maintained garden
Kerokerokero dewa kekayaan
Yang ini pulak di tokong Sam Poh Tong. Qayyum told us the tokong is inside a cave and in the cave, it got a natural lake. But somehow.. we didn't found that tasik and the tokong is similar to the first one. Memang dibina didalam gua bukit, cuma tak lah sehebat yang dibayangkan. But it was worth it. Selama ni belum pernah lagi pegi tokong dan masuk tokong. This time, it was a proper visit to a Buddhist temple.

I got to motives to upload this pic 1. my new haircut (akak, please take note. Haha) 2. Boroi itu simbol kekayaan. Hehe

Ok lah, thats all for now. Kalau anda tahu mana-mana tempat menarik untuk dilawat, atau pun ber aktiviti, please feel free to share with me. Especially the one dalam kawasan Perak. Mungkin boleh reserve dulu dalam label Travel Spot sebelum betul-betul pegi ke sana.
Have a productive weekdays all! Ba bai~
