Rasa tak bersemangat nak update blog sebab setakat ni belum ada plan untuk kemana-mana. Cuma cakap-cakap kosong dengan kawan-kawan nak ke India la, Paris la, Thailand la, tapi belum ada detailed plan untuk ke sana. Salah satu cara untuk menyelamatkan Malaysiasmack dari kehabisan blog post adalah dengan menulis sesuatu yang tak berkaitan dengan travelling. Travelling tips maybe will suit the blog but.. I am not really into travelling tips! Im more to experience the travelling itself.

Haih, I need to go somewhere for our coming mid semester break which is only for four days. Including saturday and sunday. The funny thing is I dont have classes on Friday. So basically, our mid semester break is only for one day! -on Thursday. Nak balik Sabah pun rasa tak berbaloi sebab kejap sangat. Warghhh

Okay, enough with personal ranting.

Day 7: 15 December 2010

Kami bergerak dari hotel seawal 430 pagi waktu tempatan kalau tak silap saya. Perjalanan ke airport tu mengambil masa yang agak lama dalam 40-60 minit. Semuanya tidur dalam perjalanan ke sana. Dah bangun awal kan, mestila masih rasa mengantuk. Bila dah sampai airport, kami check in in group untuk memudahkan kerja.

Time ni la baru perasan bahawasanya saya telah secara tidak sengaja meninggalkan handphone N70 saya diatas katil hotel! Haha. Dah sampai airport baru nak raba-raba kocek jeans tengok apa yang tertinggal. Rupanya, HP yang tertinggal. Dengan pantas bagitau wakil travel agent suruh diorang call rombongan Malaysia yang baru sampai Beijing. (Diorang check in hotel yang sama pada malam kami nak balik Malaysia keesokan harinya) Nasib baik ada rombongan yang baru sampai kan? Kalau tak, memang hilang la HP tu. Selepas sebulan lebih baru sampai ke tangan saya sebab HP tu stay kat KL. Saya kat Sabah. Macamana nak ambil?!

Solat Subuh di Beijing International Airport. Kami tak jumpa surau kat airport ni.

Kami naik Dragon Air ke Hong Kong terlebih dahulu sebelum ke Kuala Lumpur. Oh, ini perlu di take note oleh agensi, pihak agensi perlu beri nasihat kepada peserta rombongan yang menetap di Sabah untuk beli tiket Hong Kong ke Kota Kinabalu. Sebab ada direct flight untuk terus ke KK instead of pegi KL dlu, kemudian beli lagi tiket ke KK, Sabah! It such a waste of time. For those who are staying in Sabah, bagitau travel agent yang anda mahu direct flight ke Sabah dari Hong Kong. Tak payah penat-penat nak beli tiket balik sabah dari KL lagi.

Multifaith prayer room. Tak perlu solat tepi-tepi kerusi kat balai perlepasan. Cari lambang orang berdoa ni. Boleh solat di sini.

Setibanya di KLIA, baru lah kami bertiga (Big Boss, Superwoman and me) sibuk mencari hotel. Kami perlu bermalam dulu sebab flight ke Sabah adalah keesokan harinya. Kami terlupa nak book hotel sebelum berlepas ke Beijing.. Memandangkan December ialah musim cuti sekolah, semua hotel are fully booooooked. Lalu kami mengambil keputusan untuk bermalam di rumah Kak Husna dan suami yang terletak di Bukit Jalil. (eh, betul ke ni Kak Una?) Terima kasih banyak-banyak atas hospitality yang sama level dengan MH. Hehe.

Setibanya di Sabah, kami di sambut dengan Arif yang comel. Haha. Mak bought him a silk kung fu uniform. Topi tu saya punya. Sebab tu besar. Haha

Day 6: 14 December 2010

The day started with a breakfast. Rasanya teda lawatan ke tempat yang menarik untuk hari terakhir kami di Bejing kecuali ke Masjid tua Niujie. Lets go through the pics.

Can you see the macet-ness? and the frozen river. Budaya suka bersenam warga kota Beijin patut kita contohi. They like to walk and jog awal pagi. The picture was captured from in the bus - timeni kami nak ke restoren untuk breakfast dari hotel.

Pedestrian. Seriously, the weather sangat best untuk long walks. Sebelum masuk restoren, ambil gambar persekitaran dulu..

We started the day with breakfast (i guess?) and then Beijing Panda Zoo. Visit ke zoo takde dalam itinerary. Per requested by us. Boleh tengok panda guling-guling. Wee~

Kucing ni pun dah jadi tarikan kat zoo tu. He has his own corner to lepak, makan, minum and pampered by visitors.

Quest to The Great Wall of China (Part iv)

I guess I should end Keroro's quest to Great Wall of China. It seems endless because of non continuous post on his quest. Well you know, I only managed @ on blogging mood on the weekends so, I only update this travelog once a week. Since last weekend I was busy with office tasks, there was no new entry at all. I am so sorry.

Let me end this with back to back post for the last 3 days Keroro's quest in Beijing.

Day 4: 11 December 2010

Basically, fourth day is Tienanmen Square day. 3 hours walking around , sightseeing it was boring. Tapi nak buat macamana, memang must visit site. Kalau tak sampai sini, tak sampai la Beijing. Kat mana lagi nak tengok istana yang dah berumur beribu-ribu tahun? Bila sampai sana, terasa dalam alam ala-ala filem kung fu zaman Maharaja cina. Pemandangan yang hebat lah. Tapi bila dah 3 jam tengok benda yang sama, tak special dah la kan? Must visit, tapi tak payah la lama-lama. Sejam gitu sudeyh. Oh ya, forbidden city yang famous itu jugak terletak di tempat yang sama. Tu sampai 3 jam pusing-pusing tempat yang sama. Luas gila.

Day 3: 10 December 2010

Besides the Great Wall, ice skiing is one of the activities which long awaited by the youngsters in this trip. Well, boss left me alone in a random Chinese bicycle basket while he ski(s). It costs boss 160 yuan / 80++ MYR to rent the equipments. Unfortunately, the ice is man made. What to do? no ice come down pour us this time around. At least the below 0 degree temperature is natural.

100 meter ice skiing down the hill slope. Boss fell down terribly 2 times. Tergolek-golek lagi.

There will be no instructor to teach you how to stop, to ski or else. The workers there will only help you to attach your ski boots to the ski. So if you wanted to learn the right way, you got to ask. But make sure you got your English-mandarin / Malay-mandarin dictionary with you.

Can't recall the hotel's name. Morning Inn I guess? 10 minutes from the ski slope, 20 minutes from the Great Wall. This hotel is waaaaay better than the one in the city. (Cheng Feng)

Oleh kerana Bahasa jiwa bangsa, jadi saya selang selikan entri-entri dalam travelog ini secara dwibahasa. Kalau ada masalah untuk memahami, gunakanlah Google Translate. Hehe. Entri ini ditulis oleh Boss Keroro. Keroro malas nak menulis sebab dia teda* tangan..

9 Disember 2010

Hari kami bermula dengan "Morning Call" dari pihak hotel. Setiap bilik akan menerima panggilan seawal jam 4.30/5.30 pagi .. tak ingat dah. Ini untuk elak daripada rombongan lambat bersiap untuk tour hari kedua. So, bagi sesiapa yang berniat nak relax-relax tak nak bangun awal time tour, jangan lah ambil pakej. Baik pergi sendiri without ground package.

Tempat pertama yang kami singgah ialah restoren Muslim untuk sarapan. Tak tau nama kedai sebab signage tu dalam tulisan cina. Ini lah kali pertama kami menjamah makanan air tangan warga Beijing. Dan hasilya?

Boss, mee kat sini tak rasa mee pun. Nasib baik ada nasi goreng berminyak, Baby Kailan dengan telur dadar kan boss? kan? Kan??

Quest to The Great Wall of China (Part i)

Boss, where is my seat? I really need a moisturizer. You know its too dry up there. I am afraid Ill end up as a Katak kering on the plane.

Hello everybody. I am back! I am okay sudah. Like boss said before, I was not feeling very well after the trip. It took me almost a week to recover. But worry no more pekopon*. Hereby, I present you my first day of my Quest to The Great Wall of China!

It wasn't a direct flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. Our journey started from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur , Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong and then Hong Kong to Beijing. So we spent almost 2 +3 + 4 . . 9 hours on airplane before touchdown Beijing.

The flight from BKI - KUL was a common flight for boss. But not for me! I was left alone in the hand luggage compartment while boss sleep, wake up for dinner and read books when he gets bored.. boss said I shouldn't appear in public. (Yeah right) .

Served by Cathay Pacific in KUL - Hong Kong flight. It was edible i guess? what do you say boss?

-Nothing wrong with the food. I just love the list of new movies provided in the in flight entertainment screen or whatever they name it. Hoho

Oh by the way, boss sat next to a german guy who works for Cathay Pacific Catering as a baker. He married a Malaysian and currently live in Hong Kong. That explains why they meet in a KUL - Hong Kong flight.

You see, even if you own a DSLR, without a good , high resolution picture hosting, it would be worthless. HKIA

After a 4 hours flight, we arrived at HKIA (Hong Kong International Airport). Nothing much to do here and nothing special. It is just the cylinder shaped ceiling that impressed me. After 2 hours waiting, our connecting flight to Beijing finally depart.

Apa Dah Jadi Dengan Keroro?

Keroro kini sedang berehat gara-gara terlalu penat menakluk Beijing beberapa hari yang lepas..

Brrrr.. Boss, I am freezing. This is a frozen river not a concrete! Help me!!

Update day by day tidak dapat dilakukan di Beijing kerana ketiadaan Wifi mahupun internet connection di ceruk bandar raya Beijing. Mungkin terdapat cyber Cafe dan Starbucks, tapi, tak kan nak bazirkan a few hours kat Beijing dengan update blog kan?

Akaun free Flickr ni pun dah nak penuh. Leceh la nak upload gambar-gambar. Tapi tak pa. Akan di update jugak. Stay tuned! I got a lot of useful tips to share with you readers.

Keroro is on his quest to invade earth from china. He chose to start the invasion from Beijing together with his boss, boss's mom and father. This is his daily report for his superior back in the frog planet.

Woaaahhhh..Yo bos! where are we?
-KKIA. Our flight delayed from 3:15 to 3:45 to 5:15 ! pfft

Nice.. this place is huge! what are we going to do now boss? we are still 7 hours from Beijing.
-Ha.. we chill lah dulu katak.. lets fill our tummy with human foods first.
